The three organisations - Queensland Outdoor Recreation Federation (QORF), Outdoor Educators Association of Queensland (OEAQ) and Australian Camps Association (ACA) - are pleased to offer conference sponsorship packages to those groups whose business, services and ethics supports the positive experience of people using the outdoors.

Gold level sponsor

This premium package offers a full range of exposure to members and clients. As a Gold sponsor you will receive

• Your logo prominently displayed on the conference website

• Your logo prominently displayed on the conference program

• Your logo prominently displayed at the conference venue

• Your brochure inserted into conference packs

• A display table for the duration of the conference

• Complimentary registration for two people to the entire event (includes registration, conference accommodation, conference meals, linen)

• A half page advertisement in the conference program used by delegates during the conference

• An opportunity to address the conference for ten minutes about your product or service

• Three mentions in the electronic newsletters of the associations prior to and after the conference (over 2000 businesses, people and organisations)

The fee for this premium level of sponsorship is $2,500 (inc GST)

Silver level sponsor

This premium package offers a full range of exposure to members and clients. As a Silver sponsor you will receive

• Your logo prominently displayed on the conference website

• Your logo prominently displayed on the conference program

• Your logo prominently displayed at the conference venue

• Your brochure inserted into conference packs

• A display table for the duration of the conference

• Complimentary registration for one person to the entire event (includes registration, conference accommodation, conference meals, linen)

• A quarter page advertisement in the conference program used by delegates during the conference

• Three mentions in the electronic newsletters of the associations prior to and after the conference (over 2000 businesses, people and organisations)

The fee for this level of sponsorship is $1,500 (inc GST)

Bronze level sponsor

This premium package offers a full range of exposure to members and clients. As a Bronze sponsor you will receive

• Your logo prominently displayed on the conference website

• Your logo prominently displayed on the conference program

• Your brochure inserted into conference packs

• Three mentions in the electronic newsletters of the associations prior to and after the conference (over 2000 businesses, people and organisations)

The fee for this level of sponsorship is $800 (inc GST)

Supporter

This package offers a full range of exposure to members and clients. As a supporter you will receive

• Your logo prominently displayed on the conference website

• Your brochure inserted into conference packs

• Three mentions in the electronic newsletters of the associations prior to and after the conference (over 2000 businesses, people and organisations)

The fee for this level of sponsorship is $250 (inc GST)

Trade display

This package offers a full range of exposure to people attending the conference and includes

• The opportunity to talk direct to potential customers

• Table space in a prominent location for the duration of the conference (BYO display board, power is not available)

The fee for this level service is $250 (inc GST)

Conference registration for the period of the display is required.
