Accommodation

Accommodation has 2 bunks and a single bed (5 people) per room. Toilets are shared facilities within the building. Accommodation includes a pillow, blanket, linen and towel.

Program

• Bookings close on Thursday July 23, 2009

• The program is subject to change without notice. Where possible, program changes will be shown on the conference web site.

Cancellations

• No refunds will be given for cancellations by the participant.

• Substitutes are welcome at any time without penalty.

• If the workshop is cancelled due to lack of numbers you will receive a full refund.

Payment

An invoice will be issued with confirmation of booking and accommodation details. Registration is not confirmed until full payment has been made.
