The Australian Camps Association is recognised as the national peak body for residential camps and outdoor activity providers in Australia.  We believe that through participating in the temporary community we call 'camp', youth and adult citizens of Australia will enhance their lives individually and collectively. Membership is open to individuals and organisations.

Our mission is to increase participation in high quality camps and adventure, environmental and cultural activities. 

Key Objectives for ACA:

To strengthen the ACA's position as the peak organisation for camps and adventure activity providers in Australia.

• To increase participation by Australians in Camps and Adventure Activities
• To strive to improve the quality of, and outcomes from, the camp and adventure activity experience.
• To improve the management of the risks inherent in camps and adventure activities.
• To have high standards of governance and be a financially well managed organisation.
